From Zero to Hero: What building my website taught me

Clarity Comes Before Design
The biggest mistake people make when they build something such as a website, business app, or even social media account is giving a lot of attention to design. Of course, design is one of the important steps of building a website; however, it should not be the main goal. Clarity is the most important part, because before choosing color, layout, and visuals, I started thinking about my content that I was going to post, and the main question was, What is this website meant to do? Who does it serve? What services does it offer? After finding answers to these questions, designing part was much easier.
User Experience is a Strategy
As I built my site, I noticed user experience is not only a technical aspect but also a strategic point. Whether users decide to stay, browse, or leave depends on a number of factors, including page structure, navigation flow, content hierarchy, and load speed. Minor adjustments, such as making menus simpler or positioning calls-to-action where users are likely to stay, had a noticeable impact on the site's vibe. The main takeaway for businesses is that interaction and engagement of users are always killed by friction.
"A website stops being a page and begins to become a system when structure, intent, and message are in harmony."
Technology Is Effective When the Message Is Clear
It is not a secret that the use of the integrated tools and advanced website builders has shown how effective innovative technologies can be when they enhance rather than detract from the message. Unique tools like content blocks, analytics integration, and SEO settings complement the main goal of the website; websites become valuable with these tools. It is very important for me to be sure that the message behind my service is always clear. That is why creating and developing digital experiences where strategy, clarity, and technology combine to transform focus into provable growth is the idea behind MayIGrowth.
